18 kinds of soy products and edible vegetable oil sampling failed

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) has continuously reported the results of national supervision and spot checks on 11 types of food quality, involving wheat flour, soy products, edible salt, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, edible vegetable oils, and meat products.

Regarding wheat flour, a total of 120 products were spot-checked this time. As a result, 119 kinds of products met the standards, reflecting the overall quality of the wheat flour industry. Upon inspection, the special powder (25kg/bag) produced by the Sanmao Flour Mill of Tongshan County on August 11 this year did not meet the standard requirements due to the ash project.

Regarding soy products, a total of 160 products were sampled this time, including fermented soy products such as fermented bean curd and soybean meal, and non-fermented soy products such as dried bean curd, and Daichi East Sufu (310g/bottle) and Matsubara, which were found on May 12 of this year, were found. Ningjiang District Nongjiang District Longtai Brewery 18 kinds of products such as red fermented bean curd (1300g/barrel) produced on August 15 and old shabu-shabu dried tofu (90g/box) produced on July 27 did not meet the requirements of the standard. Involving the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid, sodium cyclamate projects.

Regarding edible salt, a total of 100 products were spot-checked this time. After inspection, the spot-checked edible salt products all met the requirements of the national standards. The spot check results showed that the salt quality of the edible salt products was stable and the qualified rate was high, and the qualified rate of the four successive samplings reached 100%.

About sterilized milk, a total of 73 products were sampled this time. A spot check found that the protein of Jiuniuzhai pure milk (200ml/bag) produced on July 21 this year did not meet the standard requirement.

Regarding liquid milk, a total of 200 products were spot-checked this time, and a sample of Changfu Pure Milk (fine milk) (250ml/box) produced on October 8 of this year and Mengniu Pure Milk (250ml/box) produced on October 18 were found. Two other products, the Aflatoxin M1 project, did not meet the standards.

Regarding liquor products, a total of 200 products were spot-checked this time, and spot checks found Wugucun white spirit (50% vol 500mL) produced on July 13 this year, and Tanjiacun Liquor wine (45% vol 1600ml) produced on May 15th, June 18th. Ten products such as Zhaizifang (38% vol1750ml) produced on a daily basis do not meet the requirements of the standard, involving sodium saccharin, acesulfame-K, sodium cyclamate, alcohol, total acid, total ester, ethyl acetate, and solids.

Regarding wine, a total of 160 products were spot-checked this time, and a spot check was made on June 18 of this year for the production of golden parisian dry red wine (12% vol750mL) and on October 8th for the production of the Upper Valley Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine (12.5 %vol750mL) and Yuecheng classic Yuecheng dry red wine (12% vol750mL) produced on September 13 did not meet the standards, involving the total number of colonies, sorbic acid, alcohol content, and dry leachables items.

Regarding rice wine, a total of 80 products were spot-checked this time, and spot-checks found on February 24 of this year showed that colonies such as Tongbai Youbai (500ml, refreshing, dry, alcoholic: (11±1)% vol) were produced. The total number and amino acid nitrogen items do not meet the standards.

About 90 varieties of wines and wines were sampled and spotted. The new Yulin Sea Ginseng Wine (42% vol 500mL/bottle) produced on July 6 this year was spot checked and Xinye Blueberry Ice Wine produced on June 3 was spot checked. (50%vol360mL/bottle of 11%vol/bottle) and 5 kinds of products (such as 3.5%vol750mL/bottle) produced on September 20th did not meet the requirements of the standard, involving alcohol, benzoic acid, and sunset yellow items.

Regarding edible vegetable oils, a total of 240 products were spot-checked this time, and spot checks found on September 8 of this year the grassland autumn grape seed oil (500 mL/bottle) and Jilin City Tianxia Granary Industrial Trade Co., Ltd. produced soybean oil on September 13 ( Weighing and weighing) 18 products produced by Jishu Qiushou Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. on Aug. 18 that are not suitable for standard products, including aflatoxin B1, acid value, and peroxide Value, solvent residue item.

Regarding meat products, a total of 250 products were spot-checked this time. Samples of the Beijing Zhuangyuan Township Baba Sausage (60g/root) produced on September 27 this year were found, and the Yingbin Smoked Pork Noodles (200g/bag) produced on September 21st, 9th. Ninety-nine products such as Jiuxin Luncheon Meat Sausage (measured and sold) produced on the 14th of the month did not meet the standards, involving the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, salbutamol, nitrite, sunset yellow, carmine, lemon yellow, benzoic acid Acid price items.
