Design features of CZ series standard chemical pumps
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance holes on the blade or impeller. The shaft seal can be made of soft filling seal (which can be cooled or not cooled), and also can be used with single and double end unbalanced mechanical seals of various structures. The ball bearing is durable and the shaft diameter is enough to ensure the smooth running. Double pump shell body part design specifications, in order to balance radial force. Bearing frame, including shaft, impeller, stuffing box and so on, form a composite component, so that the pump body is not removed from the pipeline during maintenance (if the extension shaft is used, the motor does not need to be removed).
