The rotary part of the ball mill is mounted on the main bearing and should meet the following requirements: (1) After the barrel of the ball mill is placed on the main shaft, the elevation of both ends should be checked and measured on the upper busbar of the hollow journal. (2) The relative elevation difference shall not be greater than 1 mm, and the feed end shall not be allowed to be lower than the discharge end. (3) The centerlines of the two hollow shafts shall be on the same straight line, measured indirectly on the outermost end face of the hollow shaft with a dial gauge, and the end face runout tolerance shall not exceed 0.7 mm. (Excluding the hollow shaft on the main bearing. Shift value).

The cylinder should be inspected before assembly of the ball mill cylinder and the hollow shaft, and the ellipticity tolerance should not exceed 5 mm.

When the ball mill cylinder is assembled with the hollow shaft, the burrs on the joint surface, the flash edge, etc. should be cleaned, and the joint surface should be coated with lead dan. The contact of the joint surface should be tight, and no aligning gasket should be added. When the main bearing is assembled and the anchor bolts are tightened, the cylinder can be mounted on the main bearing.

1. Assembly of big gears:

In order to facilitate the transportation of the ball mill, the large gears are divided into two half-rings during transportation. After being transported to the construction site, the two parts need to be assembled into a complete ring gear, and the fastening of the bolts at the joints is ensured.

2. The installation sequence of the equipment on the basis:

The lower part of the gear cover should be placed first; the barrel and gear parts should be installed; and the upper part of the gear cover should be installed.

When the large gear is assembled with the cylinder, the gap between the end face of the ring gear and the end face of the hollow shaft flange shall not exceed 0.15 mm. After the assembly of the large gear, the radial runout of the top circle shall not exceed 0.86 mm, and the reference end face shall not exceed 1.2 mm. The flank clearance during assembly shall be 0.53-1.4 mm, and the contact area of ​​the two gears shall not be less than 45% of the tooth height and 60% of the tooth width.

Liner installation:

(1) When installing the lining plate, it should be checked in advance that the lining plate should not have defects affecting the strength, and then the arc of the back side of the lining plate (that is, the side of the cylinder body) should be measured to conform to the drawing size, and the back and surrounding edges should be smooth, such as If there is any unevenness, use a grinding wheel to smooth it to avoid affecting the installation quality.

(2) The installation direction of the ball mill liner must be installed in the direction of the drawing, and must not be reversed. The gap between the liners is not more than 10 mm. When installing the flat lining, a layer of (1:2) cement mortar should be applied to the inner wall of the cylinder and then bolted.

(3) When the ball mill partition plate and the raft are installed, the gap between each block shall not be greater than the quilting.
