Electronic floor scale analysis of faults

We all know that electronic scales and accessories are all connected by various complicated circuits. Therefore, a problem occurs in the wiring of that circuit, which can cause an electronic scale to fail to function normally and cause a malfunction. The circuit faults of a general electronic scale can be mainly divided into the following two types.

1. The signal line of the six-wire sensor is not connected according to the wiring rules;

2, the connection is not fixed, loose phenomenon.

When the above situation occurs in the wiring of electronic scales, then there will be various abnormalities in the electronic scales, among which the more common ones are the following five situations:

(1) After the electronic scale has been connected, the meter displays the letter “nodc” when the electronic scale sensor is automatically set. Why does this occur? This string of letters indicates that the electronic scale weighing instrument is connected to the digital sensor.

(2) When electronic scales are weighed, the total number of electronic weighing scales is displayed back and forth with "Err 41, Err 42, Err 43, ..., Err 48, Err 49, Err 4A" and so on. Description of the situation The connection between the weighing instrument and the electronic floor scale sensor is not done well, resulting in the failure of normal communication between the meter and the electronic floor scale sensor.

(3) When the normal setting and weighing of the electronic scales are all normal, there is no weighing object above the scale body or a certain key point will appear “Err 4*”, this phenomenon indicates that the * electronic scales sensors and instruments There is a problem with the connection, causing communication problems. If you continue to increase or decrease the mass of the weighing object above the scale body, the meter will return to normal.

(4) Stable display of "Err 4*" indicates that the meter automatically scans the sensor but finds that the number of scanned sensors is less than the actual number.

(5) When the sensor is set automatically, the number of sensors scanned out exceeds the actual number.
