Available shelf area 58.9sq.m and ice capacity 750L in 24hrs period provide a rapid vapor collect speed while in sublimation process, screw compressor system cool the ice condenser directly by refrigerant expand as low as -45C.
Professional and versatility industrial LYO-CONTROL system, provide controller with the most advance PLC and 7" Full Color Touch screen system, PC and Mobile Phone connective function/software optional.
FD-60R Vacuum Freeze Drying detail introduction:
    • AISI 304 drying chamber,Anodized aluminum shelf and material tray, strong structure and high energy efficient.
    • CFC-free, sccrew compressor could cool ice condenser to -45ºC,shelves cooling function optional.
    • Hollow shelves with fluid filled, temperature raise by electric heater or steam system, During sublimation shelf temperature could programming from RT to +120ºC with accuracy of ±1ºC.
    • 9pcs high sensitive temperature probe to monitor raw material temperature data.
    • Rotary vane + Roots pump system, System final vacuum <15Pa.
    • Inert gas charge function.
