Application:
It is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. Widely applied to turbine, gas turbine and hydraulic turbine online oil treatment in the power, chemical, papermaking and metallurgic industries. This series, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities aiming at turbine oils nature of high water content, easily emulsified and high impurity content, make the oil reach new oil standard.

This Oil Purifier series TY can remove contamination down to less than 5 micron, water content down to 50 PPM, air & gases down to 0.1% and lower oxidised molecules of oil from turbine oils.

Removal of free and emulsified water prevents formation of varnish and bacteria. Turbine oil is 98% base oil and it has approximately 2% additives. By keeping the oil free from water and contamination down to less than a micron, TY Series Oil Purification Systems protects the turbine oil additives, which can then continue to perform their essential functions for a very long time thereby increasing oil life tremendously.
