Closed Cycle Spray Dryer

Closed-circuit Centrifugal Spray Dryer is a system composed of a closed circulation loop, and the heat carrier can be recycled. For the drying of volatile materials that are organic chemical solvents, toxic or can cause harm to people and the environment after escaping, the organic solvents or products contained in the material liquid are easily oxidizable, flammable and explosive materials. Under normal circumstances, the materials that need to be used in this process cannot contact oxygen, so most of the heat carriers use inert gases (such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.); this method is also called inert gas drying. The exhaust gas discharged from the Dryer, after gas-solid separation, also passes through the condenser to recover the solvent or remove the moisture, and then enters the dryer for recycling after being heated up by the heater. Through the heating medium and closed circulation method, we can effectively avoid the danger of high temperature in the drying of materials, prevent contact with oxygen during the Spray Drying Process, and recover more than 90% of the dust.
