China Drying News On December 9-12, the third International Rare Earth Resource Utilization Conference and the Third Seminar on the Progress of Functional Materials were held in Changchun. More than 150 representatives from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and from China, Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States attended the conference.
The topics for this conference include catalytic materials, luminescent materials, energy storage materials, rare earth functional materials, ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, magnetic materials, and thermoelectric materials. During the conference, Zhang Hongjie, Secretary of the Party Committee of Changchun Yinghua Research Institute and the State Key Laboratory of Rare Earth Resources Utilization, introduced the progress of the laboratory in the use of rare earth resources and functional materials in recent years. Representatives of the participants in the field of rare earth resource utilization and functional materials and related The hot issues have been extensively and fully exchanged and discussed. The conference has a total of 5 conference reports, 25 presentation reports, 42 invitation reports, and 150 conference papers, which provide an important platform for understanding the latest research progress in the use of rare earth resources and advanced functional materials, and promoting mutual exchanges and cooperation among scholars.
The conference was organized by the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was funded by the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
