Jiangxi Province will establish a lifelong investigation system for the responsibility for the pollution of chemicals and hazardous wastes, and increase the company’s claims for compensation, fines and criminal penalties. Regarding the illegal dumping of hazardous wastes, according to the actual transfer and dumping of hazardous wastes, it shall be punished according to law and severely.
