Large-scale nitrogen fertilizer air compressors fill domestic gaps

A large-scale nitrogen fertilizer plant of 40000 Nm3/h (5 units) developed and designed by five female engineers of Shenyang Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. was officially put into use at Huaru Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. in Dezhou, Shandong province. This marked the birth of the first large-scale nitrogen fertilizer air compressor unit in China, which ended the long history of China's large air separation plant compressor group's dependence on imports. At present, the design technology for air compressors with a pressure of 40,000 Nm3/h or more is controlled by only a few developed countries. Shengu was meticulously prepared to bid for a large order for the production of the 40,000 Nm3/h air separation unit of the Hua Lu Hengsheng Company and was formed by five young female engineers with an average age of only 36 years. The on-site test proved that the unit's performance fully meets the requirements of the user and all parameters are within the control range. The successful design of the ultra-large air compressor unit not only filled the country's major technical gap, but also saved the country a lot of foreign exchange.
