Product Description:
Mill is the key equipment for grinding materials to get the product as per the requirement of process, used widely in electric, ferrous (non-ferrous) metal, nonmetal mining, chemical & building material industries.
Mill could be sorted as following:
As per the grinding media:ball mill, rod mill and AG mill (without grinding media)
As per material discharging mode: wet grinding mill, dry grinding mill & overflow mill.
As per driving mode:side & central driving. The former is more popular now.
As per driving configuration:
a. Asynchronous motor driving: Asynchronous motor + Reducer + Pinion + Girth gear
b. Synchronous motor driving: Synchronous motor + Air clutch +Pinion + Girth gear
c. Asynchronous motor + reducer +diaphragm coupling
  • Main bearing, adopting slide bearing, rolling bearing or sliding-shoe-bearing as per requirement.
  • Liner, adopting wear-resistant metal liner, rubber liner, magnetic liner and alumina liner (high aluminum lining brick).
  • Following items as per options: inching driving device, high & low pressure lubrication station, spraying lubrication device of gear, jacking device & PLC control system.

Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax for short. It is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. In normal production, this part of wax can be added directly to polyolefin processing as an additive, and it can increase the gloss and processing performance of the product. As a lubricant, it is chemically stable and has good electrical properties. Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and the mold release of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. For PVC and other external lubricants, polyethylene wax has stronger internal lubricating effect compared with other external lubricants. Polyethylene wax can be used as a disperant, slip agent, resin additive, and mold release agent.
