Recently, Pirelli issued an announcement to recall some P Zero Trofeo tires in the United States.
It is reported that these tires may not be marked with a production date code and therefore do not meet the requirements of the US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard.
Pirelli said the recall involved a total of 42 P Zero Trofeo tires, model number 225/ 50RR15 91Y, dated April 1-7, 2015.
Tires are not marked with a date code, and consumers will have difficulty identifying their safety deadlines, resulting in tires being unable to be scrapped in time, posing a safety hazard.
Pirelli will inform the owner and dealer to replace the new tires for free.
