At the beginning of last year, Zuo Zhuoling, a senior engineer, was responsible for the improvement of the old product tractor roller: the first-stage drive was changed from the original pressing mechanism to the tensioning mechanism, which solved the problem of belt drop and improved the friction and heating of the original mechanism. Severely worn conditions have prolonged the service life of the belt. On the basis of the original machine, the engine part was rebuilt, the cooling mechanism was added, and a series of old products was added. The model number changed from 16 to 32. Zuo Zhuanling and Ji Wenxiang were responsible for conducting industrial experiments on the YZT22 towed vibratory roller designed and developed in 2000. The product is currently officially put into small batch production.

At the same time, the plant's technology development department will strengthen the development of new products based on market development trends. In a short period of time, they developed the YZ10D multi-functional vibratory roller and the YZ20 full-hydraulic, dual-drive vibratory roller. In order to ensure the quality of YZ20 self-propelled roller, designers and craftsmen carry out on-site tracking, carry out technical consultations, use the method of inverted work schedule, supervise the progress of the processing, supervise the processing quality, and the reliability of the 200-hour industrial experiment is a success.
