RWO new push ball water treatment modification service

RWO, a water and wastewater treatment company based in Bremen, Germany, says the company can now offer additional maritime customers with additional CleanBallast ballast water treatment system modifications.

As one of the first manufacturers of ballast water treatment systems, RWO has developed a high-speed 360Â°3D scanner that can quickly generate detailed three-dimensional images of the ship's cabin to depict the best ballast water system installation. The 3D image will provide shipowners and shipyards with accurate digital reproduction, saving cost and man-hours in the design and engineering phases.

According to reports, another advantage of the service is that by scanning the image, the measurement can be accurate to within 1 mm, which means no need to spend time evaluating the measurement.

RWO has been in the marine water and wastewater treatment market for more than 35 years, with more than 50 CleanBallast ballast water treatment systems in hand. As of December 2011, more than 30 systems have been put into use.
