Hope to donate his help after death

Chen Guojun, born in 1935, has a very good family environment. Ever since his grandfather started, he has paid great attention to education, and his grandfather himself is a very open-minded person.

In the private school, he fell in love with the history of China. It was because he had read history that made him see life thoroughly. Although cremation after death was a local custom, he said, “A lot of great people are willing to throw their ashes into rivers. What else can we ordinary people have to bear?”

The younger son went astray and made him wish strongly

In fact, the wish to donate was buried in the heart of the old man for many years. He had talked with the family several times about this idea, but his family used him as a joke. Recently, the old man’s wish has become very strong, mainly because his fourth son Chen Wan (a pseudonym) was jailed for drug trafficking this year.

Chen Wan was naughty and playful since childhood. Although the elderly taught him in every possible way, Chen Wan did not finish elementary school. Later, he often had close contact with some people in the society and eventually went on the road to illegality and crime. Last year, Chen Wan was detained in a detention center for drug trafficking. He was sentenced in March and April this year and sent to a prison in Shayang for service.

The old man has been guilty of blaming himself for his son's astray. He believes that he did not educate his children well. In order to make an atonement for his son, and because he was already older, he feared that his long-cherished wishes would not be completed. He once again revealed his wish to donate to his family members. He did not expect that he had been opposed by his family.

Family members have strongly opposed his donation

The old man’s idea was strongly opposed by his family. The third son, Chen Fangquan, said that after all, they are more traditional people. “If you really donate, it seems that people are incomplete.”

Although his wife Huang Baoying always said that his wife, but she still could not bear to. She said that she and her husband were introduced by acquaintances and only met when they first got married. When she was young, her husband was often busy outside, and she took care of her alone outside her home. Later, as she grew older, her husband became better and better to her. Decades of feelings made her even more reluctant to donate her body.

It was strongly opposed by the family, but the old man still did not give up. It took a few hours to speak to his family and his family finally agreed. However, when Chen Guojun entered the Jingzhou Red Cross to prepare for the relevant formalities, the staff told him to complete the donation formalities and must have all the immediate family members sign and agree.
