After the completion of the operation, the sewage in the development zone can be effectively channeled to the Beitang Wastewater Treatment Plant, which greatly relieves the pressure on the sewage treatment in the development zone and provides strong support for the improvement of infrastructure service functions in the development zone.

It is reported that the sewage effluent pumping station and the outlet water pipeline project of the development zone is located between Xueyuan North Road and Donghai Road of the Development Zone, covers an area of ​​2052 square meters, and the pump room construction area is 440 square meters. The design scale is 2.486 cubic meters per second. Including a one-piece pump room, two-row water intake pipeline 480 meters, a single-row pressure outlet pipe 1160 meters. The project started construction in August 2010.
