First, the gear does not rotate

the reason:

1. There are debris in the pipeline;

2, the filter is damaged, the debris enters the watch, causing the gear to get stuck;

3. Because the flow is too large, the bearing wears, and the elliptical gear collides with the internal helium, causing the gear to get stuck as shown in Figure 1.

Processing skills:

1. Clean the flow meter and pipeline;

2. Repair the filter;

3. Replace the bearing to ensure that the gap can operate flexibly.

Second, the elliptical gear rotates, the pointer does not move or stops when walking

the reason:

1. The rotating fastener is sliding, damaged or inflexible;

2. The magnetic coupling slides;

3. The character wheel component is stuck.

Processing skills:

1. Re-fix the fasteners to remove the inflexible parts;

2. Check whether the magnetic coupling is flexible and magnetic strength;

3. Troubleshoot the character wheel components.

Third, the flowmeter negative error is large

the reason:

1. Bypass valve leakage;

2. The oval gear flow meter measures the damage or corrosion of the inner wall or bearing;

3. The flow rate is lower than the lower limit;

4. The magnetic coupling is slippery or the gear system is periodically obstructed;

5. The actual liquid viscosity is less than the viscosity of the test solution.

Processing skills:

1. Check the bypass valve;

2. Replace the bearing, check the gear and adjust the clearance;

3. Increase the flow rate;

4. Repair or replace the magnetic coupling or gear system;

5. Select the test fluid that is similar to the actual liquid viscosity to check the flowmeter or make a viscosity correction.

Fourth, the flowmeter positive error is large

Reasons: 1. The flow has a large pulsation or contains gas;

2. The actual liquid viscosity is greater than the test liquid viscosity;

3. When the small inlet valve is closed, the medium is not filled with the metering chamber.

Processing skills:

1. Reduce flow pulsation or increase gas separator;

2. Select the test fluid that is close to the actual liquid viscosity to check the flowmeter or make viscosity correction;

3. Use the flow meter outlet valve to regulate the flow of the medium.

5. The secondary table indication value is less than the first table indication value.

the reason:

1. Loosen the fastening screw at the blade;

2. The transmitter is dropped.

Processing skills:

1. Fasten the locking screw;

2. Adjust the gap between the transmitter blade and the transmitter.

Six, the second table does not indicate

the reason:

1. The line is open or shorted;

2. The transmitter is damaged as shown in Figure 2.

Processing skills:

1. Carefully check the line;

2. Replace the transmitter.
