The first large steel box of Caofeidian 300,000 tons crude oil terminal was successfully hoisted

On May 29th, the construction site of Caofeidian 300,000 tons crude oil terminal built by CCCC was equipped with firecrackers. Under the cooperation of the crane ship, a round-shaped steel sleeve with a diameter of 21 meters, a height of 12 meters and a weight of 320 tons was built. The box was firmly placed on the No. 8 pier, marking the success of the overall lifting and installation of the first large steel box of the terminal.

The 300,000-ton crude oil terminal is 522 meters long and consists of one working platform, two docks and six mooring piers. For the first time in the country, the wharf structure adopts the form of integration of anti-ice piers and wharf bodies. After the completion of the terminal, the annual throughput capacity will reach 20 million tons, which will become the largest crude oil transfer center in North China, which is of great significance for reducing logistics costs and promoting the development of China's petrochemical industry.
