Weichai Group initiated the establishment of Weichai Intellectual Property Protection Alliance

On May 21, 2013, Weichai Intellectual Property Protection Alliance was announced in Weifang. At the inaugural meeting held on that day, 130 people from more than 30 provincial and municipal law firms and Weichai Central Bank attended the meeting as representatives of the Alliance. The congress passed the “Charter of the Weichai Intellectual Property Protection Alliance”. Covering all categories of product classifications, 370 international registered trademarks, covering 94 countries and regions in the world; accumulatively applying for copyrights (including software copyrights) in 24 cases, and obtaining 10 copyright registrations.

At the same time, along with the continuous improvement of Weichai's popularity and the continuous expansion of market size, various violations of Weichai's trademarks, patents, copyrights, name sizes, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights have become increasingly serious.
