Why can't you cool in radiators in the summer?

1. The requirements for winter heating are not the same as the requirements for summer cooling.
Whether it is heating or cooling, we must keep warm, we must close the doors and windows, to minimize the exchange of internal and external temperatures. But don't forget that there are many heat sources in the room, such as people, electrical appliances, cooking, and in winter, the indoor temperature can be 5-10 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
In the summer these heat sources still cause the room temperature to rise. The favorable factors in the winter have become an unfavorable factor in the summer. At the same time, despite the adoption of insulation measures, radiation heat dissipation cannot be avoided. In winter, the indoor temperature is dissipated outward and the heat source is small. In summer, the outdoor temperature is high and the heat source is large. In the summer, the amount of heat received from the outside is much greater than the amount of heat emitted from the interior in winter.
To sum up the above two points, if the outdoor temperature in winter is -5 degrees, as long as the heating is increased by 10 degrees, the indoor temperature can be brought close to 15 degrees, and the human feeling is enough. In summer, if the outdoor temperature is 35 degrees, the cooling needs to be reduced by 20 degrees in order to make the indoor temperature close to 30 degrees.
Therefore, the amount of heat that needs to be released in summer cooling is much higher than that in winter. The demand for cooling is higher than heating.
2. Since the freezing point of water is 0 degrees, the "heat capacity" that cold water can provide is less than that of hot water.
In winter, 50 degrees of hot water can be provided, and there is a temperature difference of 50 degrees relative to outdoor. The coldest summer can only provide 0 degrees of cold water, compared with only 30 degrees outside the temperature difference.
The efficiency of refrigeration is only about half that of heating.
Therefore, the ability to cool with cold water is much less than that with hot water.
3, condensation. The water droplets on the cold water pipe make the home moist, and the humidity will feel hotter.
In fact, some schools use ice cubes for cooling in the summer, and some ice cubes will be placed on long-distance trucks. But used experience is very general, far worse than air conditioning.

Heat Exchanger Plate&gasket

Plate and gasket are the critical part of a removable Plate Heat Exchanger. The main function of the plate is to isolate the medium and perform heat exchange. Its main materials are stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 254SMO), titanium, nickel, titanium-palladium alloy, Hastelloy, etc. The sealing gasket is installed in the gasket groove around the plates to seal the periphery between the plates to prevent the fluid from leaking out, and according to the design requirements, seal part of the corner holes so that the hot and cold media flow according to their own flow paths. The structure of the plate heat exchanger consists of a fixed frame, a movable frame and corrugated plates sandwiched between the two frames. Hot and cold liquids pass sequentially through the area between the corrugated plates separated by sealed elastomer paths. To prevent leaks, good gasket elastomers are installed around the perimeter of the plates and large fastening bolts are used to hold the plates together. The structure of the plate heat exchanger makes sealing a key part of this equipment, responsible for the service life of the entire equipment. Depending on the process medium, the gasket must be chemically and/or temperature resistant. Spetech supplies seals for most existing plate heat exchangers: power industry, petroleum processing, food and beverage industry, sugar industry, chemical, pulp and paper industry. The most commonly used materials are: NBR, HNBR, EPDM, FPM (different grades). There are two basic ideas for the installation of seals: glue seals and clip seals. Clip-on washers do not require any adhesives for installation. This modification makes it possible to mount the spacers by installing clips in the grooves in the plate. As a result, the gasket is highly resistant to pressure and can be replaced quickly and easily.
