WNS Gas(oil) Fired Steam/Hot-water Boiler

WNS series automatic gas(oil) fired steam boiler/hot-water boiler adopts the advanced structure. The structure is horizontal internal combustion with three returns. The burning room consists of corrugated internal furnace and back fire room. The fuel ports from burning room and combust. The boiler composes boiler body, front-back smoke rooms, basement, external cover of insulation layer, burner interface, pipeline, valve and meters, platform and stairs, instrumentation and safety devices, suited accessories (water make-up pump, burner) and electric control cabinet.

Functions and Characteristics

1. It adopts wet-back structure. It can avoid easily damaging of dry-back boiler. Keep the boiler runs safety and stably. The back tube plate and back smoke room of the dry-back boiler are easily damaged by high temperature smoke flushing.
2. The convection surface consists of screw and smooth smoke tubes strengthen the heat emission effect. And improve the heat efficiency.
3. High steam quality.  Boiler output is stable adn strong adaptive capacity to changeing load because of large diameter boiler shell and large water volume, small steam moisture due to large steam space volume and enought height of the net distance space volume and enough height of the distance between steam waer interface and steam outlet. 
4. Easily clean and mend the front and back smoke rooms with the doors. There is a manhole on the top of the boiler, and there are some special hand hold device at middle and lower position of boiler front and back end.
5. Improve the structure stable when the boiler body and smoke tubes are adopted welding structure.
6. Safety protection. The boiler equipped with full automatic control system and interlock protection. Boiler pressure and water level setting up mulitple control protection, and over smoke temperature protection, which can ensure boiler can operate safety.
7. The boiler is controlled automatically. It runs stably and output enough with little pollution. It adopts fully automatic control. The start-stop, lighting and combustion adjustment are all automatically. The high-low water level alarm , the limit low water level, steam over pressure, fire observation and so on are protected in chain.
8.This series boiler has advantages of high efficiency, energy-saving, safety, stable, operation easy, self-contained and low pollution.

The fuel of the boiler can be used diesel oil, heavy oil, nature gas, coal gas and so on.
