Zhongyuan Petrochemical added new flare gas compressor installed in place

After two months of intense construction, Zhongyuan Petrochemical's new flare gas compressor was installed in place recently, marking a gratifying step for Zhongyuan Petrochemical to develop a circular economy and implement energy conservation and emission reduction.
Zhongyuan Petrochemical's existing flare gas compressor design capacity is 2.2 tons / hour, due to filter plugging, mechanical wear and other reasons, the actual capacity is only 1.5 tons / hour, waste more than 20 tons of combustible gas every day, also need to purchase natural gas supplement fuel Insufficient gas. The design capacity of the new flare gas compressor is 3 tons/hour. After the project is put into use, the self-produced fuel gas can be increased, the flare gas recovery can be increased, and the flare gas can be fully recovered, ensuring that the main torch is extinguished under normal conditions. It can recover 10,000 tons of fuel gas and create economic benefits of 17 million yuan. Since the construction of the project in October, the joint efforts of all parties have progressed smoothly. The compressor has been installed and has now entered the piping stage. It is expected to be put into use at the end of this year.
