In simple terms, the principle is to control the direction of movement of the cylinder piston through compressed air and a five-position three-way solenoid valve to achieve the expansion and contraction of the denitration spray gun. The five-position three-way solenoid valve is controlled by the PLC control system of the denitrification system, and the boiler load or furnace temperature signal is transmitted to the central processor of the denitrification PLC control system. The central processor determines which layer of the gun is put into use, which of the spray guns is ejected and an instruction is issued. Give a five-position three-way solenoid valve on the detonation sprayer extension to achieve automatic telescoping.

Then, how to achieve the control of the reducing agent injection?

A mechanical valve is connected to the front cover of the cylinder to connect the denitrifying reducing agent. Before the working of the denitrating spray gun, the cylinder extends forward, the mechanical valve top is on the fixed plate, the valve is opened, the reducing agent is injected into the furnace through the denitrating spray gun; when the denitrating spray gun quits working, As the cylinder retreats, the mechanical valve automatically closes under the action of the internal spring to prevent the reductant from continuing to spray, causing corrosion and crystal blockage to the spray gun equipment.

It can be seen that the principle of automatic expansion and contraction of the long-term denitration spray gun not only realizes structural expansion and contraction, but also controls whether the reducing agent is sprayed or not, and achieves a performance expansion.
