In 2010, the large number of “80s” mid-level cadres whom Fast had promoted were all trained and developed from sales or technical teams. Many of them were graduates from famous domestic universities. The growth of these middle-level cadres was very rapid, injecting fresh blood into Fast and became an important guarantee for the rapid development of Fast.

Li Dakai said that Fast's corporate culture is not only to pay people, but also to retain people and keep people in love. For many years, I was very pleased that none of the chief technical staff of Fast had left. Therefore, although there are many transmission companies copying the products of Fast, they do not learn Fast's technical essence. Talent does not eliminate the leakage of the essence of Fast's technology.

However, in a sense, Fast has only barely kept pace with the rapid development of the automotive industry. The lack of capacity has limited our further development.

In 2011, our goal was to achieve a transmission sales of 1 million units. In order to keep pace with the development of the automotive industry, Fast will continue to carry out technological transformations to reduce costs and excavate potential through lean management, scientific improvement and efficiency improvement, and to fully meet market orders. To this end, we will continue to increase equipment, increase personnel, and continue to reduce costs through improvements in the supply of accessories. In the cooperation with suppliers, we will form a closer strategic partnership with suppliers to improve the quality of suppliers and reduce the cost of parts and components. We will continue to focus our attention and expectations on young employees, create better conditions for young people, and promote Faster development. Li Dakai said.
