Shuttle valve works

As shown in Figure 1, the shuttle valve is equivalent to a two-way valve combination valve, which acts as an "or" door. Its working principle and hydraulic shuttle valve the same. Shuttle valve has two intake ports P1 and P2, an exit A, which P1 and P2 can communicate with the A port, but P1 and P2 are not connected. Any one of P1 and P2 has a signal input, and A has output. If P1 and P2 have signal input, the first side of the signal pressure or high side of the gas signal through the A output, the other side is blocked, only when no signal input P1 and P2, A no signal output. Shuttle valve in the pneumatic system is widely used, it can order control signals input to the implementation of components, common manual and automatic control of the parallel circuit shuttle valve is used.
